Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused fabric in its original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and the material is neatly folded.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned textile for quality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
